You can delete your jobchahiyeindia account at any time. Deleting it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Candidates (Android app)
- Open the jobchahiyeindia app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Employers (website)
Sign in to the employer portal, open Settings and choose Delete account.
Can't sign in?
Email support@jobchahiyeindia.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We delete the account within [7] days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, phone numbers, email, photo, resume, skills and location), your job requests, matches, complaints and referrals, and your sign-in sessions and devices are deleted straight away. Companies you were matched with no longer see your details.
What we keep
[Only what the law requires — e.g. invoices for employers for [8] years.] Backups containing your data are overwritten within [30] days.
