By creating an employer account or purchasing job posting plans or candidate data plans on jobchahiyeindia, you enter into a legally binding contract with Job Chahiye India Pvt Ltd.
2. Organization Verification & GST
Employers are required to provide valid company details, including registered organization name, contact information, and GST Identification Number (GSTIN) where applicable. We reserve the right to verify company credentials before enabling live job posts or candidate contact downloads.
3. Job Posting Guidelines
All job posts must represent genuine, active employment or contracting opportunities. Job posts offering fraudulent schemes, charging mandatory upfront fees from job candidates, or violating Indian labour laws are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal without refund.
4. Candidate Data Access & Usage
Candidate profile details and contact information unlocked through candidate data plans may only be used for legitimate recruitment for your verified organization. Reselling, sub-licensing, scraping, or sharing candidate data with third-party agencies or brokers is strictly forbidden under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Pricing, GST & Payment Terms
All prices shown on the employer portal are before applicable statutory taxes. 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated and billed during payment checkout. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, cards, netbanking). Official GST tax invoices are generated upon payment confirmation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Employers shall not spam candidates, transmit unauthorized promotional materials, use automated scraping tools on candidate listings, or impersonate other corporate entities.
7. Account Termination & Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your employer account, forfeiture of remaining job posting credits, and reporting to regulatory authorities if data privacy violations occur.
